The project is located in Glyfada, a southern suburb of Athens and one of the strongest assets of the Athenian Riviera. Glyfada was established as the heart of Athens’ southern suburbs, because of its prime waterfront location, rich commercial centre, and modern business district.  A string of perfectly serviceable beaches, line the Glyfada seafront. Punctuated by several marinas, cafes, restaurants,nightclubs and sport facilities which are easily reached from downtown Athens by tram, bus or the subway. The project is only a five minute walk from the centre of Glyfada and 250 metres away from the beach. It is also cited next to the Glyfada Golf Course and the former Elliniko airport, which is designated for transformation into a National Park and will increase not only the quality of life in the area but also the financial value of the property.
